“Upon passing, the credentials awarded are ACNPC-AG (C denotes certified)”

Everyone who is issued a certification credential by the AACN Certification Corporation Board of Directors, or any Certification Board of Directors, is considered to be “board certified”, regardless of the profession or content being certified. There is no particular meaning conveyed by adding “BC” to a credential; most certifications do not use it. Reference NCCA list of accredited programs. Please feel free to contact me if you have questions.
