She feels the pruritus <strong>more at night<\/strong> and her younger siblings have the same symptoms. On physical examination, <strong>threadlike burrows and papular eruptions with excoriations<\/strong> are noted on the interdigital folds of the hands, wrist flexors and umbilical area.
