There are two sessions, just like the actual exam. Session 1 contains 166 questions and session 2 contains 167 question for a total of 333 questions. The content is derived from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.roshreview.com\/ob-gyn\/creog\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CREOG<\/a> Content Blueprint.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-some-last-minute-valuable-tips-for-your-exam\"><b>Some last-minute valuable tips for your exam&#8230;<\/b><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The hardest part of this exam is being able to answer the questions based on the \u201cstandard\u201d rather than what you do in your clinic, hospital, or office. <strong>Don&#8217;t overthink<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Remember, there are <strong>no tricks<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Go with your <strong>instincts<\/strong> on questions you are unsure of. Don\u2019t talk yourself out of the answer your gut wants you to choose.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Pack the night before<\/strong>. Lay out comfortable clothes. Bring something warm (e.g., light sweatshirt) in case the room gets cold.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Go to bed early<\/strong> (read some fiction to keep your mind off the exam). <\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Wake up early<\/strong> (to avoid rushing) and drink a large glass (20+ oz) of water with a squeeze of lemon.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Get your <strong>heart rate<\/strong> up for 30 seconds (20 push-ups\/burpees, brisk walk around the block, stretching\/yoga). <\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Eat a breakfast composed of <strong>fats and proteins<\/strong> (e.g. eggs, bacon, avocado). Avoid carbohydrates and sugars, if possible. <\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Use the bathroom<\/strong> before you start the exam.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Once the exam starts, you are on the clock.
