Physical examination is remarkable for tenderness to palpation over the right temple and visual acuities of 20\/40 OS and 20\/80 OD. While air and clean water have a benign course, <strong>paint solvents<\/strong> cause the most <strong>severe inflammation<\/strong>.<\/li><li><strong>Staph scalded skin syndrome<\/strong> presents in <strong>children<\/strong> less than 5 years old and often <strong>follows a URI<\/strong>. The <strong>rash starts on the face, neck, axillae, and groin<\/strong>, and there&nbsp;will be a&nbsp;<strong>positive Nikolsky sign<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Patients with a <strong>spontaneous hyphema<\/strong> present with <strong>decreased visual acuity<\/strong>, <strong>elevated intraocular pressure<\/strong>, and an <strong>afferent pupillary defect<\/strong>. Immediate treatment is with agents that <strong>lower intraocular pressure<\/strong> including <strong>topical timolol<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That wraps up RoshCast Episode 52!
