After being placed on academic probation as a second-year undergraduate student, Adam Rosh turned his life around when he wrote down three simple words, “You Gotta Believe,” on a yellow sticky pad. He realized how his own mind, full of fears and insecurities, was holding him back. That day he made the declaration to go to medical school and to start believing in himself again. Since then, Dr. Rosh uses mental models and fear setting techniques to manage and overcome his fears, set and achieve goals and take charge of his own life.
