- Patient will be complaining of bone pain (Bones), kidney stones (Stones), abdominal pain (Groans), lethargy, psychosis (Psychiatric overtones)
- Labs will show ↓ QT interval
- Most commonly caused by:
- Malignancy (most common inpatient cause)
- Primary hyperparathyroidism (most common outpatient cause)
- Treatment is IV fluids
